1. Free tier

The free tier does not require payment. There are no refunds applicable.

2. Pro and Unlimited subscriptions

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error or have exceptional circumstances, contact us via the contact page. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the current billing period.
